WestJet Pulling Service from Deer Lake Airport

The Deer Lake Regional Airport Authority says WestJet has informed them that it is pulling service from Deer Lake Airport.

In a post to Facebook yesterday, the airport authority says while it is disappointed, it is staying in touch with the airline in the hopes that it will return.

In the meantime, Air Canada, Flair and PAL continue to serve Deer Lake.
