Details on the province’s fiscal framework for wind-hydrogen development are expected today.

Earlier this week Energy Minister Andrew Parsons indicated that a fiscal framework for wind energy would be in place soon.

Newfoundland and Labrador will be the only jurisdiction outside Oman, on the Arabian Peninsula, to have a fiscal framework for wind energy, meaning the work to get there has been complex.

Parsons says they took great care in putting a royalty structure together.
