A planned telephone disruption on Bell Island is changing the process for calling for an ambulance.
Those with a cell phone can continue to call 911 for an ambulance, however those call from a landline are asked to call the Dr. Walter Templeman Health Care Centre directly at 488-2761.
The outage starts at 7:00 a.m. and will last for several hours.
