Inclusion Canada NL says a win for the Churchill family is a win for everyone.
The Churchill Family recently won a Human Rights Commission Case which found that their son Carter had been discriminated against by the school board for failing to provide reasonable accommodations for the child from 2016 to 2020.
The organization says that the Churchill’s efforts will dramatically improve the lives of those in the deaf community.
They say a precedent has now been set that will give Carter and others an opportunity to fully access education.
