A Harbour Grace man is facing impaired driving charges after he was found behind the wheel with over one and a half times the legal limit in his system, parked outside a house he was on court-ordered conditions to stay away from.

Police were called to the scene around 10 p.m. Wednesday night.

The man appeared in court yesterday on charges of impaired and breaching court orders.
