Firefighters have left the scene of a blaze in metro which hit the Country Ribbon feed silo on Topsail Road.
St. John’s Regional got the call just after 9:00 p.m. last night.
The fire was contained to one silo but the corn inside melted into the structure. Damage is still being assessed.
