Fire in Harbour Grace South has left a woman and her adult son homeless.
The fire broke out around 1:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon. The pair escaped injury, but their home was heavily damaged.
The Canadian Red Cross supplied the pair with emergency shelter and help with essential purchases including food, clothing and other basics while they await further help through insurance.
