A 73-year-old woman is facing charges of property damage after police received complaints of a woman spray painting private property in the capital city’s downtown.
Police were called over the lunch hour on Sunday, and arrested the accused in the area of Long’s Hill.
RNC say the woman was held in custody pending a court appearance.
