The RNC has issued an arrest warrant for 38-year-old Justin Jennings of CBS.
Police say Jennings is wanted on a long list of charges including flight from police, dangerous driving, operating a vehicle without insurance and while suspended, and driving while disqualified among other charges.
Police are asking people not to approach Jennings, and contact RNC immediately if seen.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Justin Jennings is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers.
