A local mental health advocate is moderating an online panel today on the social determinants of health.
Glenn Roil is helping to facilitate the international webinar.
He says statistics show mental health is exacerbated by poverty and living conditions.
Roil says today’s webinar will explore a wide range of topics including income, housing, food security, immigration, compensation for people with lived experience and family supports.
