CUPE Local 3034 has signed a new four-year collective agreement with the Town of Conception Bay South.
The deal includes a 9 per cent raise over the next four years, new family violence leave language, and improvements to language for the fire department.
The local represents some 180 town staff including the fire department, and inside and outside workers.
