Trades NL is celebrating a major milestone on the West White Rose project with the completion of the conical slip concrete and framework.
The project milestone was reached mid-afternoon on Monday.
The completed work has added 92.35 metres to the existing structure, bringing the height to 139.2 meters.
Trades NL is thanking the 1,500 workers across three shifts, 24/7, for completing the project in 69 days.
Executive Director Darin King calls it huge news, with work still to be done on the shaft, decks, piping scopes and precast roof panels.
