Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services has launched a new website and social media channels to update the public on the transition to a single health authority.
The new website contains introductory content, as well as links to the former regional health authorities’ websites for service and contact information.
The social media accounts for the old organizations will be phased out over time.
As well, NL Health Services has officially unveiled its new logo. They say it draws on the provincial flag, and features a medical cross that also creates a stylized map of the province.
CEO David Diamond says significant work has been completed over the last few months as part of the transition, and they are pleased to have a new brand and identity.
