Premier Andrew Furey is meeting with his Atlantic Canadian counterparts in Prince Edward Island today.
Furey is part of the Council of Atlantic Premiers meeting at the Mill River Resort in PEI to discuss a variety of issues of mutual interest. One of their big issues is the pending carbon tax on July 1.
The premiers will speak with media today at 1:30 Newfoundland time. VOCM News is following the conference and will have details as they become available.
