Easter Seals NL is kicking off their Summer Concert Series with a barbeque this Friday afternoon.
The shows run every Friday starting this week until August 25 at Easter Seals NL Park and Pavilion on Mount Scio Road and will be free of charge. Former Easter Seals ambassador Brandon Bowen kicks off this year’s series.
Events Assistant with Easter Seals NL, Sabrina Escott, says as for the barbeque, concert-goers can donate five dollars to get a full lunch. She says the series is a very important time on the calendar for Easter Seals.
She says they love to have events at their pavilion because it’s fully accessible, and the donations will be put towards their services, as well as towards the third phase of their park project, which includes a fully-accessible arena.
