OceanGate has ceased operations.

The company has posted to their website that all exploration and commercial operations have been suspended. No further statement is available at this time.

This follows the disaster involving the Titan submersible that claimed the lives of five men, including OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush.

An investigation is underway into the disaster by a number of government and transportation safety bodies from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and France.
