The College of the North Atlantic is getting $1.75 million in federal funding to establish a new Technology Access Centre.
The money, awarded over five years, will help establish a Reality Capture and Digitization TAC, one of four new centres country wide.
Technology Access Centres are specialized centres of expertise that support the private, public and health care sectors.
This specific TAC will support the mining sector and help expand digitalization into other sectors, including health care.
