More interruptions in emergency services and urgent care across the province this week.
The emergency room at the Lewisporte Health Centre will be closed all day today, from 8 a.m. this morning until 8 a.m. Tuesday, when it will reopen.
As well, the Green Bay Health Centre in Springdale will be without emergency services from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. today.
Meanwhile, urgent care in Whitbourne will only be available for the first half of this week.
NL Health Services says that due to staffing shortages, the Dr. William H. Newhook Community Health Centre will only be open today, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
