About one year after first opening their doors, Kaleidoscope, a popular drag lounge in the capital city, is closing its doors.
In a post to Facebook, the owners say today will be their last day of operation, noting that the building they are operating out of is no longer viable.
That said, while the physical lounge is closing, the business is not.
The owners say Kaleidoscope will continue as an events company—putting off queer and all ages events across the country.
More details will be made available in the fall.
