The provincial government is providing an update on work to repair a critical piece of infrastructure in Corner Brook.
They say the contractor repairing the Lewin Parkway Bridge is waiting on bearings for the bridge to be fabricated so the work can continue
As well, design work is currently underway to relocate a major waterline below the TCH on-ramp near Massey Drive, which is part of an effort to repair the wall below the ramp.
Government says the road needs to remain closed until the repairs are completed.
