The Carbonear Food Bank is hosting a superhero themed carnival food drive this week.
People are encouraged to come out wearing their superhero best, all in support of the food bank ahead of the busy fall season.
Admission to the event is a donation, and once inside there will be refreshments, popcorn and hotdogs available for purchase, as well as games.
The event is happening on Thursday from 1 to 4:30 p.m.at the food bank on St. Clare Avenue.
