The Canadian Hurricane Centre says tropical storm activity in the mid-Atlantic continues to increase with three named storms and two more areas of potential storm development.
There is no immediate threat to land caused by any of the storms which are moving well offshore.
There have been eight storms in the Atlantic so far this season. The average for this time of year is five.
