Police are investigating an armed robbery in the capital city last night.

Shortly before 8:30 p.m. last evening, RNC were called to an armed robbery on Thorburn Road in St. John’s, where a man was armed with a knife. He left the scene with a number of valuables.

No arrests have been made. The matter is under investigation.
