Numbers continue to improve year-over-year at St. john’s International following the lows seen during the pandemic.
Director of Business Development and Marketing at the airport, Lisa Bragg, details some of the growth the airport is seeing.
She says they finished July with a 30 per cent increase from the same period in 2022.
She says in pre-pandemic times they averaged about 1.5 million passengers a year, and they finished out 2022 with 1.1 million. She does note that eventually they will stop comparing performance to pre-pandemic.
