Traffic is in a snarl in the east end of St. John’s after what appears to be a two-vehicle accident.
It happened at about 8:00 a.m. at the Portugal Cove Rd.-Prince Philip Parkway intersection near the Holiday Inn. Police have the intersection blocked off.
