Newfoundland and Labrador is being represented this week at the Nunavut Trade Show and Conference.

The 30th annual event is described as northern Canada’s largest annual event.

Local company SmartICE, which integrates Inuit knowledge of sea ice with monitoring technology, is exhibiting at the event.

The event takes place over the course of three days, and begins on Tuesday.
