A 33-year-old man is without his vehicle and license after he blew nearly four times the legal limit in Stephenville.

Around 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon RCMP received multiple reports of a suspected impaired driver who was driving without a front tire.

The vehicle was located a short time later in the Stephenville Mall Parking lot and the driver was arrested.

The man has been released to appear in court at a later date on charges of impaired.
