The RNC confirms it has received a report of items found on a trail in the St. John’s area.
The RNC was responding to recent social media posts indicating that pieces of meat that may have been laced with poison, were recovered from a trail in the Airport Heights area.
Police have so far been unable to make any specific determinations on the items found.
They are however reminding pet owners to be wary about anything that may be found while walking their dogs and keep their animals monitored and on a leash.
