The RCMP in Holyrood have laid charges against a 44-year-old Holyrood man following numerous reports of an untethered dog harming other animals and causing concern for residents in the area of Woodford Station Road.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court November 8 on charges including permitting a dog to cause a hazard to other animals and failing to keep a dog safely tethered or contained in a pen.
