The province is spending nearly $760,000 dollars on farming projects in the province.
The bulk of the funding is going to support dairy production while the rest is being split up between livestock, poultry and pasture development.
Among the projects approved for funding are a manure alley scraper for New World Dairy in St. David’s, a manure pit for Larch Grove Farm in Cormack, and a footbath system for Headline Holsteins in Little Rapids.
