RCMP in Bay Roberts need help in locating a vehicle which is believed to have struck a pedestrian last night.
The incident happened around 9:30 on the Main Road in Shearstown. The man who was hit sustained injuries which were not life-threatening. The vehicle involved may have been a black single-cab pickup truck, possibly a GMC.
Residents in the area of Pickett’s Road and Shearstown Road between Pickett’s Road and Route 70 are asked to review any surveillance footage for the suspected vehicle between 9:20 and 9:40 p.m. on Sunday.
