The College of the North Atlantic is among a list of post-secondary institutions across the country struggling with housing needs for students.
CNA says its campus and student services teams are working with both new and returning students to make every effort to help them find local accessible, and affordable housing.
A CNA spokesperson tells VOCM News that the college is in regular contact with community partners throughout the province doing what it can to find options for their students.
The College was responding after hearing concerns from Grand Falls-Windsor about two foreign students showing up for registration with nowhere to live.
CNA says housing has been secured for the two students in question and it is continuing to make public appeals for available and affordable housing for students.
Unfortunately, according to CNA, as it stands, supply is not meeting demand.
