A single vehicle accident in the area of Kelsey Drive, in St. John’s last night has resulted in the arrest of a 44-year-old man.
RNC responded to the incident around 8:45 last night, in which a vehicle had hit a guardrail and a light pole. The driver was arrested and charged with impaired driving and failing the breathalyzer, with more than two and a half times the legal amount of Alcohol in his system.
His license was seized, vehicle impounded, and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
