Seven newly built affordable housing units are now in open central Newfoundland.
The $1.52 million dollar project saw the construction of seven new homes—six in Gander and one in Peterview.
The houses in Gander are a mix of one and two-bedroom units, with three fully-accessible ground floor units. The new building in Peterview is a one-unit, two-bedroom ground level home.
Seven families are already moving into the buildings.
