A service to remember and honour victims of impaired driving is set to take place in central this morning.
The candlelight ceremony will include the unveiling of a monument to honour those killed or seriously injured by impaired drivers.
The Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, John Haggie, will represent government at the service, which is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at the Salvation Army Citadel in Grand Falls Windsor.
