The province’s recruitment efforts in Saskatchewan have proven successful, according to Health Minister Tom Osborne.

Osborne announced the initiative late last month in an apparent tit-for-tat after Saskatchewan conducted on-the-ground recruitment here.

The minister states that there was “solid interest” from those they spoke with.

Osborne says he has spoken with the Saskatchewan government since this province sent a recruitment team there.

He says they will have passive recruitment efforts here if they return. Osborne believes the message they were sending was received.
