Bay St. George RCMP is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man, and the vehicle he was driving, following an incident outside Stephenville Elementary over the lunch hour Thursday.
Police received a report that a man had approached a number of students, but his intentions are unknown. He is described as 5 feet ten inches to 6 feet tall with dark, curly hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing a red hoodie with the hood up, and a black coat.
He was driving a red, four-door vehicle with a sticker on the side with a dismissive expletive.
