An investigation has been launched into an unusual incident in CBS Friday afternoon.
The RNC were called with reports that two people left a car, and abandoned it in the middle of the Conception Bay Highway near the Scotiabank.
The incident resulted in a significant backlog in traffic on the busy road.
RNC called in a tow truck to remove the vehicle and they are in the process of determining what led to the car being abandoned in the middle of traffic.
