Deer Lake RCMP are trying to confirm the safety of a Baie Verte man last seen nearly two months ago.

Twenty-nine-year-old Ashton Decker was last seen in Baie Verte on September 11.

It is possible that Decker is travelling outside the province.

He is described as 6 feet tall and 230 pounds with brown hair.

A picture supplied to the media shows him with a beard and mustache.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ashton Decker is asked to contact Deer Lake RCMP at 709-635-2173 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
