Team Gushue is leaving Japan with some new hardware.
Brad Gushue and his rink were in Japan this past week, representing Canada at the 2023 Karuizawa International.
The team beat Japan’s Team Sato 7-1 in Sunday’s gold medal game.

Despite having won numerous titles across the globe, it’s the group’s first championship win in Japan.
Gushue’s rink will take a short rest before heading to Saskatoon for the Grand Slam of Curling Masters, which gets underway on December 12.
