Following an announcement today announcing closure to services in Fogo Island, Health Services has announced a temporary closure of emergency services at the Dr. Y.K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre in New-Wes-Valley from Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, December 3, at 2:00 p.m, and at the Lewisporte After Hours Clinic on Sunday, December 3, at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 7:00 p.m.

Both closures were attributed to human resources challenges.
