Today marked the 20th consecutive year that Collision Clinic’s Enriching Lives Program has transformed a life by gifting a deserving individual with a car.

This year’s fortunate recipient, Liubov Hrysiuk, originally from Ukraine, was presented with a fully refurbished vehicle, an additional set of tires, and a year’s worth of insurance.

The heartwarming ceremony unfolded at the Collision Clinic on Topsail Road in St. John’s, where Liubov was handed the keys to her new car.

Although her husband remains in Ukraine, he was able to share in the moment over the phone, listening as his wife received the impactful gift.

For Liubov, who arrived in the province with her two children at the end of March, this car is a significant boon. It will ease the school runs for her children and provide a sense of security as she no longer has to navigate the metro bus alone and late at night after work.

Overwhelmed with gratitude, Liubov expressed her astonishment and appreciation for being selected to receive this much-needed vehicle.
