A man has been arrested after an incident in St. Fintan’s on the southwest coast this afternoon.
Locals were ordered to stay inside their homes as police responded to an unfolding situation near Station Grocery.
Residents are now able to resume normal activities.

There’s an increased police presence in St. Fintan’s on the southwest coast at this hour due to an unfolding situation.
The RCMP are asking residents to remain inside their homes with the doors locked, and to stay away from the area of Station Grocery.
