The town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove is putting out a “cry for help” to the provincial government to repair deteriorating road infrastructure.
Provincial snowplow operators are refusing to clear a portion of Marine Drive due to erosion of the embankment.
The town sent a letter to the province but replacing the jersey barriers is not enough according to council.
External contractors have been hired to provide snow clearing, but safety concerns remain. Council wants more significant repairs done.
