The Avalon Mall continues to pay homage to the Happy Tree following the retirement of the iconic talking tree last month.
After decades headlining the holiday campaign, Happy has been retired and has passed the torch to Avy the Elf.

To celebrate Happy’s career, the Avalon Mall has launched a line of limited edition merchandise. Sonya Smith, Executive Director of the VOCM Cares Foundation says all proceeds go to the Happy Tree Campaign.
She says t-shirts, ornaments, and other items bearing the original Happy Tree are now available for purchase at the Avalon Mall guest services kiosk. Smith says it’s perfect for those missing the old Happy Tree as they’ll have a one of a kind memento all while supporting local charity.
