An announcement is coming tomorrow about how Quadrangle will benefit from recent funding from the federal government.

On Friday the feds announced $13.6-million, to be divvied out by the province over the course of four years, for various community groups in support of the National Action Plan to End Gender-Based Violence.

While she doesn’t give up much in the way of details, Minister Pam Parsons references the significance of the announcement.

She calls it an “exciting, significant, and historic” announcement for Quadrangle. The announcement is happening at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning.
