There was an unusual assault at a business in the centre city yesterday.

RNC were called out just before 10:30 a.m. in the morning after an irate man had spat in the face of an employee at the business.

The 28-year-old has been charged with assault, uttering threats and breaching court orders.

He was sent to the lockup for court in the morning.
