An ATV driver is in serious condition in hospital following a crash in Witless Bay on Monday.
RCMP were called to the scene around 6:00 p.m. on Monday after a car and ATV collided.
Both drivers suffered injuries as a result with the ATV driver listed in serious condition.
Police say evidence collected at the scene suggests that the ATV was driving on the road without a headlight and that the ATV driver may have been impaired at the time.
Blood samples have been collected and the investigation continues.
