A hunter has been charged with a number of offences following a recent investigation into alleged illegal hunting in the area of Old Mill Road in Goobies in late October.
As a result, one person is now facing a number of charges including discharging a firearm within 300 metres of a dwelling, discharging a firearm on or across a public road and illegal possession of a big game animal.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court January 18.
