Big game hunters are reminded to submit their licence returns and wildlife samples back to the wildlife division.
Officials say that information is crucial to wildlife management as it is used in the process of setting quotas and regulations.
License return forms are used to keep track of big game numbers and document any trends. Forms can be emailed to wildlifelicense@ gov.nl.ca or mailed to the division office.
Anyone looking to return jawbones or carcasses can drop them off at one of 50 locations across the province.
